Another series of classes on the Safe Operation of Woodworking Machines and Woodworking Techniques is scheduled. The first class of the series will be 8 AM, Monday, February 4, 2019, Artisan Center/ Woodshop. The other classes will be on the following Wednesdays and Mondays same time and place until the last class of the series is completed on February 27. Completion of these classes can satisfy the safety training requirement to join the club and work in the shop. All residents having an interest in joining the Woodworking Club and working in the shop are invited to attend. Current club members who want to repeat the training are also welcome. Sign-up for the series begins 7:45 AM, February 4 before the first class. You will be asked to show your SCOV Facilities Access Card when you sign up. |
