1. 2024 Nominations for Club Officers: Elections will be held at the January 2024 Meeting.

2. Dues for 2024 are $30.00. You may deposit your check in the slot under the refrigerator in the Wood Shop. If you would like, you may use the envelope that is provided for your use. The envelopes are on top of the bookcase by the door. Locker Rental is $5.00, and under table space is $30.00.
3. Ongoing Monitor Training will be continuing this season on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm in the Wood Shop. Each session will have a different topic and will be conducted by our current monitors. This training is open to all current monitors and other members that may be considering becoming a monitor. After participating in these sessions you will become more confident in helping our members enjoy the woodworking experience.
4. Periodically residents of our community ask Wood Shop members to help them with a woodworking project. Often these projects involve restoration of furniture or preparing some wood for something that they are adding to their home. Most times residents is willing to make a donation to the Woodworking Club for our efforts. If you are willing to help with some of these projects, please speak with Bill Norton in the Wood Shop, or phone him. His phone number is on the roster in the Wood Shop.

Shop Equipment Changes

Thanks to Ken Rosberg, we have a new SawStop Contractor Saw. This additional table saw will help take to load off the SawStop Industrial Model saws during peak demand for those machines. Click here to view operator's manual.
