If your message is about joining the club and working in the shop, be advised that club membership and access to the woodworking equipment is granted only to SCOV homeowners and renters possessing a valid SCOVCA Facilities Access Card.
If your message is about asking the club or one of its members to perform a woodworking task for you, be advised that it is unusual for members to take on work that is not part of their own project. However, if you are a member of the Sun City Oro Valley Community Association or an authorized renter, you are welcome to come by the woodshop and post a description of what you want with your contact information on the bulletin board. It may be helpful to talk with the shop monitor on duty about your project also. It is possible that a member will agree to help you. Members will not accept pay for such work performed, but a donation to the club in any amount you choose will be appreciated. You will be expected to pay for any materials required.
